I got into a fender bender mid-day Thursday, and originally wanted my car towed home because I am 18 and was alone at the scene. I was swayed by Conroe PD to have it towed instead by this wrecker company/body shop because it would supposedly be more “convenient” and “cheaper.” I was not even given the card of where my car was going until I asked multiple times. On Thursday we called Tommy’s Paint and Body and a woman answered, took our email address, and said they would look at it and reach back out with a quote. Friday morning we called and they had still not looked at the car, so we assumed they were busy. She again said they would get back to us. We called later in the day and she said they would look at it “now." We called for a third time Friday and a man answered saying he didn’t know anything about it, they were closed, and we would have to wait until Monday. Meanwhile, the lot fees were $22.85 a day, plus a $20 impound fee even though we were led to believe it was not being impounded, a $50 “storage notification fee” even though WE were the ones repeatedly calling THEM, and on top of the $200 tow fee there was also a $35 fuel charge. Drove an hour JUST to receive service from this shop and WOW! From drop off to pick up, the service was PHENOMENAL! They communicate better than all other parties you have to communicate with during an insurance claim! HANDS DOWN will ONLY come here for any future work needed! The staff kept me well informed throughout the process of what was going on with my vehicle. They fix the main issue with my vehicle. There was one small minor issue that I needed To bring my vehicle back in for. They ensure that I was not inconvenience. They picked my vehicle up for me fix that issue and then brought it right back within a matter of hours. My car was also cleaned by them. They just provide excellent customer service and I do appreciate that.

Tommy’s Paint and Body have been our go-to shop for years, and they’ve never once let us down. We’ve brought multiple vehicles to them, but this most recent repair was truly special. In 2018, we had purchased an old used Corolla - for our son - that had seen better days, and Tommy’s brought it back to life— a full transformation! Then, a couple months ago, the Corolla was stolen. Weeks later, when it was recovered, it looked like it had been through an adventure it definitely didn’t sign up for! There were damages inside and out! But we knew exactly who could work their magic again: TOMMY'S!! Their team restored every inch of the car, inside and out, with the same care and detail they’ve shown us over the years. The Corolla looked just as good as the day they first revived it. You would never guess what it had been through! One of the BEST body shops myself and my family have ever worked with. Mark, Taylor, the the rest of the crew managed to get our BMW X3 back to like-new condition in half the time we were quoted from the BMW Dealer. The car was beyond clean at pick up, and the checkout process was super quick. Walk in, check out, grab keys, and back on the road.
